the day had finally come drake's highly anticipated album "Thank Me Later" has hit music store everywhere. Last week I wasn't all that excited but yesterday it really hit me that the album was finally dropping. Drizzy is hold the whole of toronto on his back & he's doing well.! I copped my copy today at HMV and i have to say my favourite tracks are:

as summer approaches...

as the hot weather rolls around & my skin becomes sun-kissed, i'm slowly beginning to have a new outlook on life. As we all know ladies this is the time of year when we put those school books away, through on a pair of short shorts & try our best to put those cold winter riffs in life to rest. But this summer i'm gonna do things a bit different. Is summer really only about clubbing, hooking-up & breaking up as soon as september rolls around?,.... i dont think soo.! Who said you can't find love in the summertime. I believe its possible. I feel as if sometimes we go into the summer months with such high expectations only for them to never be met. Overall this is a message to all the ladies as we reach the warm weather; stay focused, grounded & never loose sight of your overall goals. DONT DO ANYTHING YOU'LL REGRET IN THE FALL!...

MTL,... i could get used to this

so as many canadian student's may know last week was march break. me and 6 of my girls took a trip to MONTREAL! it was a bomb ass place, but i think what i liked soo much about it was thats it was soo much like the place i call home T.O. the scenery, the buildings, the food! but what i enjoyed the most was partying. We experimented with a couple clubs and bars but we always found ourselves at this pub called "Sir Winston Churchill" Best in the city by far, if ur ever in MTL be sure to pay this hot spot a visit. if ur looking for good looking guys that are willing to buy u a drink, give u a nice whine then definitely pay this bar a visit. We always went to this diner called DENO's they had the best greek food ever. to put a seal on it MTL is overall a great place and i'm already planning to go back soon.

Revelation: Me, Myself & I.

Lately, i feel like i've been led off course by different people and different things. I realized that i need to focus on the most important person in my life, MYSELF. This may sound selfish and conceited, but how can i love and care for someone else when i havent learned how to do these things for myself. Its like being heartbroken, how long you remain in that state all depends on YOU. The only person i can depend on is myself and absolutely no one else. I've got to regain my independence. For a couple months now i allowed myself to allow others to fulfill me, but when those ppl disappeared, i learn to regain personal strength! I'm going back to being that girl that simply doesn give a fuck about certain things playin a major role in my life. I often compare my life to a motion picture & i play the lead role. I'm done playin understudy and ready to return to being the STAR.
